This is our go-to recipe as it is made with staple ingredients and will make the blandest salad an epic one! This is my 30 year tried and tested go-to recipe and it is made with staple ingredients

– olive oil – red wine vinegar – red onion – garlic clove – lime or lemon – thyme  – oregano – salt and pepper

Finely chop the red onion and garlic

Squeeze the lime, add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, finely chopped onion, garlic, thyme, oregano leaves, salt, and pepper and shake vigorously.

Mix all

Taste and adjust

adding more vinegar for acidity, extra virgin olive oil for richness.

Add to your salads or store in a closed mason jar.

 Store 

Store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
