Instructions
Juicer Method
Wash: Give the fennel, ginger, and orange a good rinse to clean them thoroughly.
Chop: Peel the orange, then chop all the ingredients into sizes that fit your juicer.
Juice: Process the fennel, ginger, and orange pieces in your cold-press juicer, using the pusher if necessary.
Serve: Savor the fresh juice, and think about using the leftover pulp in your next baking adventure or a smoothie.
Blender Method
Wash and Chop: Clean and cut the fennel, ginger, and orange, preparing them for blending.
Blend: Put the chopped ingredients into your blender with 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional): For a smoother juice, strain it to remove extra pulp.
Serve: Pour your homemade juice into glasses; this approach usually makes about 2 glasses of a vibrant, less concentrated juice.

Notes
Nutritional Information: One glass of juice made using a juicer (which is more concentrated). If you blend it with an extra cup of water, the nutritional values are approximately cut in half.Storage Tip: If you have juice left over, store it in a sealed container in the fridge. For the freshest taste, it's best to drink it within two days.
