Instructions
Preheat the oven
to 400° F (200° C) - gas mark 6.
Start by cooking the sausages
according to the package instructions, then chop each into large slices.
Pop the potatoes and green beans
into a large mixing bowl, pour over the olive oil, add the Italian herbs and then mix everything together well.
Add the potatoes and green beans into a large casserole dish
, then evenly add the garlic cloves and bake for 30 minutes.
Add the sliced sausages
and put them in the oven for 10 minutes more, or until the potatoes are cooked and tender.
Serve
immediately.
