Prep all ingredients by washing and cutting them as needed to fit your juicer.
Start by juicing the softer ingredients first, like strawberries, lemon, and cucumber. Add also beets if using cooked ones. Follow with harder ingredients such as beets (if uncooked) and ginger.
Stir the juice before serving or storing to mix all the flavors evenly. Store in small shot-sized mason jars with lids in the refrigerator. Save the pulp for smoothies.
For Using a Blender:
Prepare your ingredients by washing and roughly chopping them.
Place all ingredients into the blender, adding one cup of water if needed to facilitate blending. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.
Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the juice into a container, pressing the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
Save the pulp for another use, and then make sure to stir the juice before drinking.
