- Carrot - Olive oil - Glaze balsamic vinegar - Maple syrup - Rosemary

Preheat the oven 


Preheat the oven at 400 °F 


Slice them on an angle into 1 ½-inch piece. If you have larger pieces that are closer to the stem, just half of them.

Peel and chop 



All the ingredients, except for the rosemary and carrots, in a bowl.



Line a parchment paper

On a baking tray and put the carrots in. Leave some space between them.

Strip the herb's leaves

And top the carrots with them.



Or until carrots are golden brown.

Cook for 25-30 mins
