Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven at 350 °F

Sauté chopped, onion, garlic, celery, and dried tomato. Add vegan parmesan cheese and dried Tarragon. Remove from heat and add fresh basil and parsley.

Pile up the filling 

Top mushroom caps and top with shredded vegan mozzarella cheese or vegan parmesan cheese.
