– gluten-free flour – yellow cornmeal medium grind – brown sugar  – salt – baking soda – baking powder – vegan butter melted – plant milk – lemon juice

To 400ºF and lightly grease a 8 x 10" pan 8 x 8" pan or a 9-in round cake pan

Mix the plant milk and lemon juice and reserve for 5 minutes.

Stir until well combined.

Including the melted vegan butter.

Pour mix

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

For 20-25 minutes, until the top, looks golden and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
